our palenque is located in the heart or oaxaca, in a small town called mitla.
we use agaves from our own fields and from local growers.
our maestro mezcalero is the fifth generation of distillers!
our Vinata is located in durango, the sourthern border of the sotol appelation.
Our sotol plants grow wild in the desert of durango.
we use especially the variety Daysilirion Texanum.
